While the consulting practice is located in Central Pennsylvania, clients are based anywhere and Angela Hummel Consulting wants to be the premier leadership and coaching consultancy in the country. An experienced Talent Development Leader with a passion for leadership development, Angela has served in both director- and executive-level roles in multiple industries, with nearly 14 years spent in healthcare. With her corporate coaching and consulting business launch, she has expanded her outreach across industries with multiple clients. She enjoys helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential through coordinated learning, development, and change initiatives. Specialties: Training and Development, Team Building, Leadership Development, Creating a Coaching Culture, Presentation Coaching, Corporate Coaching, Organization Development Consulting, and Time Management. Angela is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) since 2007. She earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2014 and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) since 2015. She also holds her Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) Certificate through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches since 2018. Angela is also certified in the DiSC profile, which is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. In February 2019, she completed Hogan’s Assessment Certification Program, which qualifies professionals to administer their three core personality-based assessments.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education and a Master of Arts Degree in Communication Studies, both from Bloomsburg University. She also completed a Graduate Certificate in Organization Development and Change with a Consulting Focus from Penn State University in 2018.
